Straight & Cut Wires

Acme Monaco’s orthodontic straight and cut wires are engineered to support precise, reliable outcomes for orthodontic professionals. The variety of wire materials and sizes allows for tailored solutions that address individual treatment needs, while advanced engineering supports both patient comfort and long-term durability. Acme Monaco also offers ultra-straight wire for robotic bending applications where consistency and dimensional accuracy are critical.

Straight and Cut Wires

Acme Monaco offers a large selection of bright stainless steel straight lengths from 0.012" through 0.055" and in square and rectangular sizes 0.016" X 0.016" through 0.022" X 0.028". These wires are supplied in 14" lengths and are offered in your choice of silver tone, gold tone, and hi-tensile.

If you are looking for multi-strand straight length, we also offer our coax and twist material in 14" lengths with sizes ranging from 0.015" through 0.0215" in round and 0.016" × 0.016" through 0.018" × 0.025" in square and rectangular cross-sections.

We offer our beta-titanium wire in straight lengths in 0.016", 0.018", 0.032", and 0.036" for round sizes, and 0.016" X 0.022", 0.017" X 0.025", and 0.019" X 0.025" in rectangular sizes. These wires are supplied in 15" lengths.

If sensitivity to nickel is an issue, try our "nickel-free" stainless steel straight lengths. We supply these wires in material sizes 0.012" through 0.018" and 0.017" X 0.025".

Our super elastic nickel titanium is offered in 0.014", 0.016", 0.018", 0.020", 0.016" x 0.016", 0.016" X 0.022", 0.017" X 0.025", 0.018" x 0.018", 0.018" X 0.025", 0.019" x 0.025", and 0.021" x 0.025" straight lengths. These are supplied in a length of 7".

Made from the same high-quality materials as our archwires, making them ideal for use in labs to create custom appliances. Straight lengths are packaged in tubes.
