Acme Monaco manufactures high-precision orthodontic stampings using power press and fourslide forming, with the ability to combine stamping and forming in a single operation. Our process supports intricate part designs and high-volume production, with in-die sensors ensuring consistent quality and dimensional accuracy, allowing us to streamline production timelines without compromising precision or performance.

Steiner Wedges

Our Steiner Wedge product is offered with your preference for a small or large rotation wedge. The wedge is mounted on a 0.011" ligature wire and packaged 10 pcs. per tube.
