CuBIOVis™

Made from high-quality copper NiTi using proprietary in-house technology, this product enhances efficiency in tooth movement by delivering matched forces aligned with anatomical and root physiology. It applies optimal force to the anterior, bicuspid, and posterior regions, helping reduce patient trauma and shorten treatment time. Additionally, the inclusion of copper helps control the hysteresis width for improved performance.

NiTi90™ is comparable to Neo Sentalloy® (registered trademark of Dentsply GAC International)

These materials are soft and pliable at room temperature yet deliver near-constant forces once activated at body temperature. They offer lower unloading forces and are easier to manipulate than standard Super Elastic NiTi wires. Chemically cleaned to a bright satin finish, they provide a more aesthetic appearance compared to conventional NiTi options.

NiTi86™ is available in round cross sections in Ideal® and AccuForm® arch shapes.

Super Elastic NiTi

Featuring consistent working forces and exceptional shape memory, this wire offers a high-polished finish to minimize friction—allowing brackets to glide effortlessly along its surface. Its ease of ligation helps reduce chair time, while tighter shape memory tolerances outperform other materials. Each wire undergoes three-point bend testing to ensure top-tier quality and reliable performance. Ideal for the initial and middle stages of treatment, it’s available in a variety of arch forms, including reverse curve.

Thermal NiTi(Thermal Active Nitinol)

Soft at room temperature for easy engagement, these archwires help reduce chair time. Once in the mouth, they transition from the martensitic to the austenitic phase, activating gentle working forces and the shape memory typical of standard Super Elastic NiTi. Fully activated at 35°C, they deliver low unloading forces for consistent tooth movement and reduced patient discomfort. This makes them an optimal choice for the early stages of treatment.

Beta Titanium NBT3™(TMA)

Nickel-free composition minimizes the risk of hypersensitivity, making it a safer choice for sensitive patients. Compared to stainless steel, it exhibits less permanent deformation while offering the lowest friction among Beta Titanium wires on the market. Enhanced ductility allows for intricate bending without breakage, ensuring precision and flexibility. This wire is ideal for the final stage of treatment, delivering reliable performance with superior handling.

Stainless Steel

A global leader since 1972, renowned for unparalleled consistency and rigorous inspection standards that meet the most demanding customer expectations. Diamond drawn and highly polished to minimize friction and reduce wire failure. Exceptional ductility ensures less breakage and allows for precise, intricate bends. Small corner radii enable accurate torque generation. Available in both gold tone and silver tone finishes, with standard or high tensile options to suit various clinical needs. An ideal wire for the final stages of treatment.

Copper NiTi

This premium super elastic wire features thermo-elastic shape memory for enhanced performance. The addition of copper helps control hysteresis width, offering more consistent behavior during activation. Available in 27° and 35° transformation temperatures, it allows clinicians to select the ideal wire for each unique case. Higher transition temperatures result in lower forces, improving patient comfort and ease of ligation. With extended activation in the optimal force range, it promotes more consistent tooth movement. Independent testing has shown improved clinical performance compared to standard nickel titanium wires. Offered with or without stop tubes and engineered for more consistent transition temperatures than other NiTi materials, this wire is ideal for the beginning and middle stages of treatment.
