Acme Monaco offers precision-stamped components formed from wire or flat stock using power press or fourslide setups, enabling stamping and forming in a single streamlined operation. This process reduces material waste and eliminates secondary operations, resulting in cost-effective production of medical device assembly components. With in-die sensors ensuring quality and flexible tooling options, Acme Monaco can accommodate both high-volume and low-quantity orders using a wide range of wire alloys and strip metals.

Any quantity is available. You can order millions of parts and schedule shipments for an uninterrupted supply, or we can provide soft tooling and run only a few thousand.

We work with any formable wire alloy in fine wire sizes and up to 0.187" diameter, in any cross-sectional shape and hardness required for the component. Strip metal in coil form can be efficiently transformed using fourslide or power press setups to produce a wide variety of components.
Our flat stock specifications are:
- Thickness: 0.090" or less
- Width: 6" or less
- Blank: 16" or less
