Acme Monaco delivers on every level. With advanced engineering and state-of-the-art facilities, we offer design and production capabilities that are both cost-effective and tailored to your precise guidewire needs. Our guidewires are known for elegant flexibility and feature a relatively stiff elongated body portion and a guidable distal tip that ensures optimal performance. Packaging takes place in four Class 8 – 100,000 compliant clean rooms, providing a contamination-free environment that meets the highest industry standards.

Guidewires

We offer guidewires constructed using standard full spring, Lunderquist, or moveable core designs, utilizing high-grade stainless steel, types 302, 304, and 316. For enhanced performance, superior core materials such as 304 stainless and nickel titanium are available, with optional safety ribbon integration.

Diameters range from 0.014" (0.36 mm) to 0.080" (2.03 mm), and lengths span from 20 cm to 500 cm, with custom lengths available upon request.

Our tip designs cover the full spectrum, including straight, angled, radius, "J", and pigtail configurations, with tip conformities from 0 to 10 cm and flexibility options from supple to stiff.

Coating options include PTFE, uncoated, or custom coatings, and taper lengths are offered in standard, long, and extra-long formats.

Slidewire® Polymer Jacketed Guidewires

Our polymer jacketed guidewires, also known as hydrophilic guidewires, are engineered for precise 1:1 torque response, with outer diameters ranging from 0.014" to 0.052". The core is composed of nickel titanium, with additional custom material options available to meet specific clinical needs.

Each wire features a black polymer jacket enhanced with tungsten for radiopacity, and custom colors and materials can be requested. All tip configurations are supported, along with optional radiopaque markers for improved visibility. We offer long or multiple taper options, consistent end configurations, and lengths from 20 cm to 500 cm to accommodate a wide range of procedures.

Packaging

Standard bulk shipping is in non-sterile double polybags. We also offer options to enhance dispensing and distribution:
