1. DESIGN HELP
Practical experience is part of the qualification of our fourslide design staff. Their engineering skills are reinforced with their complete understanding of the fourslide process. There is great value in their help and ideas.

2. TOOLING
The in-house tooling capability we have developed enables us to design, build, and set-up tooling with a single team of specialists. This adds new dimension to our capabilities.

3. PRODUCTION
Fourslide machines capable of making a wide range of parts from wire and from flat stock give us the ability to produce delicate miniature parts as well as large, rugged components.

PARTS FROM WIRE
The bends and shapes put into wire forms made by fourslide machines are limitless and can include such complications as double torsion loops and twist and closures.

STOCK SPECIFICATIONS
Any formable wire alloy in fine wire sizes and up to .187" inch diameter, any cross-section shape, any hardness required for the component.

SMALL AND MINIATURE PARTS

Miniature parts (note the dime for size comparison) include some end uses in the bearings, electronics, medical/dental, instrument, communications, business machines, photographic, timing, etc...

PARTS FROM FLAT STOCK
Fourslide is often the process of choice with metal component buyers, because in many cases flat stock parts can be made better, quicker, and at less cost than the alternate die and stamp press method.

STOCK SPECIFICATIONS
Any strip metal in coils can be transformed by fourslide set-ups into a wide variety of components. Our flat stock specifications are: thickness, .090" inch and less; width, 2 1/8 inch and less; blank, 16 inches and less.
